Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard shows your warranty program’s performance at a glance: sales volume, revenue, claims activity, and profitability.
KPI stat cards
Six stat cards are arranged in two rows. Each card shows a current value and a percentage change compared to the previous period.
Count metrics:
| Stat | Description |
|---|---|
| Warranties Sold | Total warranty policies sold in the selected period |
| Claims Approved | Claims approved and fulfilled |
| Claims Denied | Claims denied during review |
Financial metrics:
| Stat | Description |
|---|---|
| Warranties Revenue | Total revenue from warranty sales |
| Claims Cost | Total cost of approved claims |
| Net Profit | Warranties Revenue minus Claims Cost |
A green arrow indicates growth; a red arrow indicates decline compared to the previous period.
Period selector
Use the tabs at the top-right to switch time ranges:

Trend charts
Two line charts appear below the stat cards:
- Revenue chart — plots revenue over time (hourly for 24h, daily for 7d/30d)
- Warranties & Claims chart — overlays warranty sales and claims activity on the same timeline
Sample data
Note New organizations see sample data until the first real warranty transaction is recorded. A banner at the top indicates you are viewing sample data.
Tips for reading your dashboard
- Check net profit weekly — the key metric for your program’s financial health.
- Watch the claim rate — if Claims Approved rises faster than Warranties Sold, review your coverage terms or pricing.
- Use 30-day view to spot seasonal trends.
- Monitor denial rate — a high rate may indicate unclear warranty terms.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Resolution |
|---|---|
| All stats show zero | Check that your Shopify integration is active and orders are syncing |
| Sample data banner persists | At least one warranty order must be completed (not just created) |
| Charts are empty | Try expanding to Last 30 Days |
| Stats seem delayed | Data is cached briefly; allow up to 5 minutes for new orders to appear |
