Subscribing, Upgrading, and Downgrading
Subscribe: Select a plan on the billing page and confirm on Shopify.
Upgrade: Select a higher tier and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrade: Select a lower tier. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Existing policies and claims are not affected.
Cancel: Select the Free plan and confirm the downgrade. Your account reverts to Free plan limits; existing policies remain active.
Manage subscription: Click “Manage Subscription” to access the Shopify Billing portal for billing history, payment methods, and cancellation.
