Products
View every product synced from your Shopify store, check warranty eligibility, and review per-product analytics.
Products List
A paginated table of all products synced from your Shopify catalog. Products sync automatically when you connect your store — no manual import needed.
Each row shows the product name, eligibility status, number of warranties, creation date, and a Review action.
- Search by product name using the search bar
- Sort by clicking any column header (default: newest first)
- Pagination shows 25 products per page (adjustable 10-100)
Product Detail Page
Click Review on any product to open its detail page. Use the previous/next arrows at the top to step through products without returning to the list.
Info Tab
Core product information from Shopify: title, images, vendor, product type, and handle.
Warranties Tab
Shows which warranty plans this product is eligible for, along with take rate and claim rate for each. Ineligible plans are listed with the exclusion reason.
When a product qualifies for multiple warranties, Umbrella uses a priority system to determine which is offered at checkout.
Analytics Tab
Per-product performance data: take rate, claim rate, total policies, and total claims. A claims table lists every claim filed against this product.
Key Concepts

| Eligible | Product qualifies for at least one warranty plan |
| Ineligible | Product does not match any active plan criteria |
| Take Rate | % of orders for this product where a warranty was purchased |
| Claim Rate | % of policies for this product where a claim was filed |
| Offer Contract | A Shopify product that represents the warranty itself |
