General Settings
Configure your store currency, custom claim page URL, and country-based widget visibility.
Currency Settings
Select your store’s operating currency from the dropdown. This controls how warranty prices, claim amounts, and reports are displayed throughout the dashboard and storefront widgets.
Custom Claim Page
Redirect customers to a custom page when they click “File a Claim” on the order status page.
Enter a URL in the Claim Page URL field. Leave it empty to use Umbrella’s built-in claim form.
Accepted formats:
- Relative path:
/pages/file-claim - Absolute URL:
https://yourdomain.com/warranty-claims - External URL:
https://claims.thirdparty.com/submit
Country Restrictions
Control which countries can see your warranty widgets. Shopify detects each customer’s country automatically.
Choose one of three visibility modes:
- Show in all countries (default) — widgets visible everywhere
- Only show in selected countries (whitelist) — widgets appear only in countries you pick
- Hide in selected countries (blacklist) — widgets hidden in countries you pick
When you choose a whitelist or blacklist, a country picker appears. Search by name or ISO code, and select as many countries as needed.
Saving Changes
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. Currency and country restriction changes take effect immediately and the widget cache is automatically flushed.
