Orders
View every Shopify order synced to Umbrella, see which orders include warranty purchases, and drill into individual order details.
Orders List
A paginated, searchable, sortable table of all synced orders.
Each row shows the order number, customer, total, policy count, date, and a Review action.
- Search by order number, customer name, or email
- Sort by clicking any column header (default: newest first)
- Pagination shows 25 orders per page (adjustable 10-100)
Order Detail Page
Click Review on any order to open the detail view. Use previous/next arrows to step through orders.
Line Items
Every line item in the order, with product images, title, variant, quantity, and price.
Associated Policies
- Policies purchased in this order — warranties the customer bought at checkout
- Policies protecting this order — warranties purchased in a different order (post-purchase flow) that cover products in this order
Claims
Any claims filed against policies associated with this order.
Shipping Protection
If a shipping protection policy was purchased, the detail page shows enhanced fulfillment data including origin location and tracking information.
Fulfillment Info
Tracking numbers and fulfillment status for each shipment. Enriched with origin location data when shipping protection is active.
