Reports & Data Export

Export your warranty data as CSV or PDF for external reporting, accounting, and analysis. All exports reflect your current filter state — clear filters first if you want the complete dataset.

Available exports

Exporting policies

1. Go to Dashboard > Policies
2. Apply any filters (status, date range, warranty plan, search)
3. Click Export in the top-right

The CSV includes: Policy ID, Policy Number, Status, Customer Name/Email/Phone, Order ID/Name, Product Title/Variant/SKU/Price, Warranty Name/Type/Term/Price, Start Date, End Date, Created At, and Shop Domain.

Exporting invoices

Individual PDF: Go to Dashboard > Invoices, click an invoice, then click Download PDF.

Bulk CSV: Go to Dashboard > Invoices, apply filters, then click Export.

The CSV includes: Invoice ID, Invoice Number, Date, Customer Name/Email, Amount, Currency, Status, Policy ID, Warranty Plan, and Order Name.

Exporting claims

1. Go to Dashboard > Claims
2. Filter by status, date range, or search term
3. Click Export

The CSV includes: Claim ID, Claim Number, Status, Claim Type, Description, Date of Incident, Date Filed, Customer Name/Email, Product Title, Order Name, Warranty Plan, Resolution, and Payout Amount.

Exporting orders

1. Go to Dashboard > Orders
2. Apply filters as needed
3. Click Export

The export includes all order details including warranty line items and associated policies.

Working with exported data

CSV files use UTF-8 encoding and comma delimiters. They open in Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or any text editor.

Exports are point-in-time snapshots triggered manually. There is no scheduled export feature.
