Customers visit your branded registration portal and enter the serial number included with their product (printed on a card, sticker, or the product itself). The system validates the serial, activates OEM coverage, and optionally offers extended protection plans for purchase.
Yes. You can bulk-import serial numbers via CSV upload or connect directly through our API. Existing serial databases, ERP exports, and manufacturer records can all be ingested. Each serial is mapped to a product, coverage terms, and registration status.
Products purchased through your connected ecommerce store are automatically registered at checkout, no customer action required. If serial number validation is enabled, the serial is matched and linked to the order. The customer receives confirmation with their coverage details.
