User & Organization Profiles
Manage your personal account, organization settings, team members, and roles within the Umbrella dashboard.

User & Organization Profiles
Manage your personal account and your team from the Settings pages.
User Profile
Dashboard → Settings → User Profile
Profile Information
- Full Name — your display name across the dashboard
- Profile Photo — upload or change your avatar
- Username — your unique username (if enabled)
Email Addresses
- Add, verify, and manage email addresses
- Set which email is your primary (used for login and notifications)
Password & Security
- Change Password — update your account password
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — enable via authenticator app, SMS, or backup codes
Connected Accounts
- Connect or disconnect social login providers (Google, GitHub, etc.)
Active Sessions
- View your current session and revoke other active sessions
Delete Account
Permanently delete your user account. This removes you from all organizations.
Warning If you are the sole admin of an organization, transfer ownership or delete the organization before deleting your account.
Organization Profile
Dashboard → Settings → Organization Profile
Organization Information
- Organization Name — displayed in the dashboard header and reports
- Organization Logo — shown in the sidebar and team communications
- Organization Slug — URL-friendly identifier
Managing Members
To invite a team member:
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select a role (Admin or Member)
- Click Send Invitation
To remove a member: click the overflow menu (three dots) on their row and select Remove Member.
To change a role: click the overflow menu and select Change Role.
Note Only Admins can invite or remove team members, change roles, or modify organization settings.
Organization Switching
If you belong to multiple organizations, switch between them using the organization switcher in the sidebar.
- Switch: Click your organization name in the sidebar and select the one you want.
- Create new: Click your organization name, then Create Organization.
- Leave: From the Organization Profile page, choose to leave an organization.
Warning If you are the last admin, you cannot leave until you promote another member to Admin or delete the organization.

Security Best Practices
- Enable 2FA, especially for Admin accounts
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Periodically review and revoke unrecognized sessions
- Limit Admin access to those who need it
- Promptly remove departed team members
