What you'll do

  • Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize landing pages, ad creative, and conversion funnels
  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, in-app, retargeting)
  • Analyze funnel metrics and report on CAC, LTV, and ROAS to leadership
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to implement tracking and attribution
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and forecasting

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
  • Track record of scaling acquisition channels and optimizing conversion rates

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to e-commerce merchants or retail businesses
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies
  • SQL skills or experience with data visualization tools
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
