Growth Marketing Lead
Own paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing to accelerate merchant sign-ups and revenue.

- Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize landing pages, ad creative, and conversion funnels
- Build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, in-app, retargeting)
- Analyze funnel metrics and report on CAC, LTV, and ROAS to leadership
- Collaborate with product and engineering to implement tracking and attribution
- Manage marketing budget allocation and forecasting
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
- Track record of scaling acquisition channels and optimizing conversion rates
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to e-commerce merchants or retail businesses
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies
- SQL skills or experience with data visualization tools
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
