Content Marketing Manager

- Create and manage a content calendar spanning blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and guides
- Write compelling long-form and short-form content that drives organic traffic and thought leadership
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to source content ideas and customer stories
- Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions)
- Manage freelance writers and external content contributors
- Repurpose content across channels (social, email, webinars, sales collateral)
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published work
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content analytics tools
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or insurance content marketing
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and workflows
- Background in video or podcast content production
- Experience building a content program from early stage
