From your TPA admin portal, you can invite merchants individually or in bulk. Each merchant receives a branded onboarding link to connect their ecommerce store (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or via API). You configure their product catalog, pricing, and branding before they go live, and most merchants are selling within 24 hours of invitation.

Absolutely. Umbrella supports multi-product configurations per merchant. You can enable OEM warranties, extended protection, accidental damage from handling (ADH), and shipping protection independently for each store. Mix and match based on merchant category, product type, or your underwriting preferences.

You have full flexibility. Set customer-facing pricing as a percentage of product price, use tier-based pricing brackets, or apply flat rates, on a per-merchant or per-product basis. The admin portal lets you configure, preview, and update pricing in real time without touching any code on the merchant’s store.

Yes. All policy, registration, and claims data is exportable in CSV and JSON formats from the admin dashboard.
