Custom Reports

Go beyond the default dashboard with custom reports that combine any metrics, filters, and visualizations you need.

Creating a Report

  1. Go to Analytics → Reports → New Report
  2. Choose a report type: Table, Chart, or Summary
  3. Select your metrics and dimensions

Available Metrics

  • Revenue (gross, net, projected)
  • Attach rate (by product, channel, time period)
  • Claim count, approval rate, denial rate
  • Average resolution time
  • Customer lifetime value (warranty)
  • Refund and cancellation rates

Dimensions

Group metrics by:

  • Time period (day, week, month, quarter)
  • Sales channel
  • Product category or individual SKU
  • Warranty plan type
  • Geographic region
  • Sales associate (for in-store)
