What you'll do

  • Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers
  • Craft personalized outreach sequences via email, phone, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in our CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
  • Organized, data-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Genuine curiosity about e-commerce and technology

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Understanding of warranty or insurance products
  • Track record of exceeding quota in a previous role
