- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers
- Craft personalized outreach sequences via email, phone, and social channels
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in our CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
- Organized, data-driven, and goal-oriented
- Genuine curiosity about e-commerce and technology
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Understanding of warranty or insurance products
- Track record of exceeding quota in a previous role
