Head of Partnerships
Build and scale our partner ecosystem: agencies, affiliates, technology integrators, and strategic alliances.

- Define and execute the partnership strategy across agencies, affiliates, and technology integrators
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners
- Build co-selling and co-marketing programs to drive joint revenue
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner relationships
- Create partner enablement materials, training programs, and certification tracks
- Track partner performance metrics and optimize the partner program for growth
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems from scratch
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with partner management platforms and CRM tools
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, retail tech, or insurance tech ecosystems
- Existing network of agency and technology partners in the Shopify/BigCommerce space
- Background in building referral or affiliate programs
- Experience working at a high-growth Series AโC startup
