Backend Engineer (Node.js)
Build scalable APIs, data pipelines, and integrations that power warranty management for e-commerce brands worldwide.

- Build and maintain scalable APIs that power our warranty management platform
- Design and optimize data pipelines for claim processing and analytics
- Develop integrations with third-party e-commerce platforms and payment providers
- Improve system performance, reliability, and monitoring across all services
- Write comprehensive tests and documentation for backend services
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of backend development experience with Node.js
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, SQS) and caching (Redis)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript in a production environment
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and CQRS patterns
- Familiarity with Shopify APIs or e-commerce integrations
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications
